(hereinafter - the Operator) allows you to use the application portal.asianet.ge (hereinafter - the “Portal”) according to these rules of use (hereinafter - the Rules of Use).

1.2 The Portal is a self-service program created by the Operator, through which you can register and remotely receive various types of information, make purchases, pay for services, and perform other actions.

1.3 To use the Portal, you must agree to these Rules of Use. By agreeing to these Rules, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website: www.asianet.ge.

1.4 You can use the Portal only if you have a subscriber number issued by the Operator (hereinafter - the “Subscriber Number”).

2. Registration and Authorization on the Portal

2.1 Initial registration on the Portal is done by entering your subscriber number in the appropriate field on the Portal according to the instructions posted there. You will receive an activation code via SMS on your contact number. At the next step, you enter this activation code on the Portal and choose your password, which completes the registration.

2.2 After registration, each time you use the Portal, you must authorize yourself using the selected password according to the Portal’s instructions.

2.4 When using the Operator’s Internet service, the contact number is a mobile phone number legally owned by you, on which you can receive SMS messages with activation codes and phone calls. Your contact number is stored in the Operator’s database. Sending the activation code to this contact number is considered sent to you. You must immediately notify the Operator if your contact number changes.

2.5 Registration on the Portal by identification number allows remote access and permitted management only for services under that identification number. This does not limit the right to add subscriber numbers or identification numbers as per clause 3 of the Rules of Use.

3. Using the Portal

3.1 You can use the Portal from any terminal device that has data transmission and reception capabilities, compatibility, and internet connection.

3.2 The Portal allows you to order and manage services offered by the Operator and placed on the Portal under your subscriber and identification numbers, including purchasing, adding, changing, or canceling packages.

3.3 The Portal allows you to view a list of activated (ordered) services and packages under your subscriber and identification numbers, as well as details of units activated (ordered) within specific services — durations, volumes (megabytes), SMS/MMS messages, and operation history.

3.4 Through the Portal, you can pay for Operator’s services and cover debts for your subscriber or identification number either from your subscriber account balance or by bank card. Payments for additional subscriber or identification numbers can only be made by bank card.

3.5 Receiving certain information/services through the Portal may involve fees and additional security measures.

3.6 You acknowledge that the bank card used for payments must be legally yours, and you are fully responsible for all payment operations.

4. General Provisions

4.1 Due to the nature of the Portal’s operation, the Operator has the right to change the Rules of Use, visual design, internet address, management and operation methods, add or remove services within the Portal at any time without prior notice. In case of changes, the Operator will inform you upon visiting the Portal.

4.2 Since using the Portal implies active internet use, the Operator does not guarantee the Portal will always be accessible. There is no agreement on the quality of access between parties. You understand that the Portal may be periodically unavailable due to maintenance or other causes, including those caused by third parties, for which the Operator is not responsible.

4.3 Registration, authorization (including automatic registration/authorization), and any action or operation carried out by you on the Portal using your subscriber or identification number and the activation code received on your contact number is considered performed by you. Therefore, you must take maximum care to keep the activation code and password secure. In case of suspected unauthorized use, you must promptly notify the Operator to block the Portal. You bear full responsibility for actions performed before such notification.

4.4 You acknowledge and agree in advance to the consequences of actions/operations carried out on the Portal, including ordering, purchasing, changing, adding, canceling services, and paying fees under your subscriber or identification number and any additional numbers. You are responsible for compensating the Operator or third parties for any damages caused.

4.5 If at any time the Operator learns of facts suggesting unauthorized, improper, or dishonest use of the Portal or bank card, or use causing harm or risk to the Operator or third parties, the Operator may block the Portal and suspend your use without notice, as well as suspend funds/services related to transactions. You are responsible for compensating any damages caused.

4.6 To protect your rights and interests, the Operator may block or suspend your Portal access if unauthorized use is suspected.

4.7 The Operator is not responsible for claims or damages resulting from your violation of service terms, the Rules of Use, or legal requirements.

4.8 The Operator excludes liability for indirect damages or damages caused by data loss or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure.

4.9 Your uninterrupted use of the Portal depends on your device compatibility and technical functioning. The Operator is not responsible for timely, proper, or continuous service delivery.
