**AsiaNet Subscriber Service Refund Policy**
(For online and non-cash payments)
Within the scope of AsiaNet’s subscriber service, all payments made through online channels (website, mobile application, and others) and other non-cash payment methods (bank/credit card, transfer, automatic payment order, etc.) are subject to the following conditions:
1. **Prohibition of Refunds**
• Payments made online or by non-cash methods are final and are not refundable.
• The user has no right to request a refund, regardless of whether the service was used or not.
(This restriction applies due to the specifics of the system and the nature of the subscriber service.)
2. **Balance Management and Usage**
• The paid amount is credited to the subscriber's account as a balance, which is used according to the daily tariff.
• If the balance reaches zero or goes negative, internet provision will be automatically stopped.
3. **Balance Disconnection Regulation**
• If the balance goes negative, to restore the service the subscriber must cover the full cost of the package.
4. **Partial Usage and Refund**
• While there is money in the balance, the user continues to use the service according to the daily tariff.
• The remaining part of the amount already used is not subject to refund.
